95 Clarity System

Others hand you the result. We hand you the whole path to it.

We built the 95 Clarity System so that every statistical decision has a reason you can go back to, and every result has visible evidence inside the research. From the research question to the final table, you can see how the analysis moved from one step to the next, what the data actually says, and where the limits of the conclusion are.

The Research Map

We tie every objective, question and hypothesis to its variables, its data type and the proposed model, before any analysis begins.

The 95 Analysis Passport

A short document delivered with the report. It sets out the state of the data, why each test was chosen, the assumption checks, the path from each hypothesis to its result, and the limits worth keeping in mind.

If the result is not clear to you, our work is not finished.

01 · Research Map

The Research Map: the analysis plan is agreed before it starts

Before any test, we turn your objectives and hypotheses into a single table that ties each hypothesis to its variables, its data type, the proposed model, and the reason that model was chosen. If a hypothesis cannot be tested with the data available, you learn it at this stage — not after delivery.

03 · Analysis Passport

The 95 Analysis Passport: the document that answers “why?”

A few pages delivered with the report, written to be read rather than filed. It is what you go back to before the defence, or when a reviewer asks how the method was chosen.

  • The state of the data before and after analysis, and what was done to it.
  • Every test or model used, and why it suits that hypothesis in particular.
  • The results of the assumption checks, and what we did when one failed.
  • The path of each hypothesis: from the question, to the table, to the statistical decision.
  • The limits: what the data does not allow, and what may not be concluded from it.
  • The data version, the date, and who reviewed it.
